United Staffing Solutions Inc “USS” will pay up to $5,000 for personally referring Corporate Clients to USS who use our services.

Important Please Read

1. These payments are not for leads or other information which may be in the public domain i.e. Job boards, Newspaper ads etc, but for a specific introduction which as a result of your personal diplomacy/ contacts uses the services of USS for the placement of temporary and permanent personnel.
2. Under no circumstances will payments be made to an individual who is currently an employee of the Client referred.
3. Payment will be paid monthly and only for monies received and earned in full by USS for referred Client.
4. Maximum reimbursement per Corporate Client up to $5,000.
5. The full payment of $5,000 can be earned and paid after the first month depending on billable hours/placements and payment. However under no circumstances will the payment period be extended beyond 2 years, or one–hundred-four (104)weeks.
6. Payments may be to an individual or Non-Profit organization recognized as such under section 5019 (c )(3) by the Federal Tax code. Such an assignment or assignment of payments can only be with the written approval of the individual (referee) and USS.
7. The Terms of Submittal shall become effective only upon agreement executed in writing and signed by CONSULTANT and a member of USS’s Board of Directors.
8. United Staffing Solutions Inc, reserves the right at its sole discretion to immediately cease and desist payments and relationship with a CONSULTANT if it deems such a relationship and payments are harmful to the self interest of United Staffing Solutions Inc, its Clients, applicants or reputation.
9. The Terms of Submittal shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State Of New York.
